4 February 2022 Swiftline, an SaaS company offering a suite of integrated software products and services to e-commerce businesses, was co-founded by Ari Horowitz, Tomo Matsuo, and Anthony Johnson, respectively former Thrasio's SVP of Strategic Partnerships, VP of FinTech, and CTO, in 2021.
After building their e-commerce data platform framework, they raised $12 mln. in Series A financing in December 2021 and used part of the proceeds to
buy Yardline, a capital-as-a-service provider for e-commerce sellers. The deal amount was not disclosed.
Swiftline provides dashboards and tools for e-commerce sellers to easily get insight into their performance and improvements recommendations.
Anthony Johnson, the Swiftline's CEO, said that a lot of brands and aggregators "are trying to build the technology in-house, but it's expensive, it's hard, and it takes a specific skill set, which most of them don't have".
