Amsterdam-based Accel Club has raised $170 million in debt and equity, with Redseed leading the equity round and North Wall Capital leading the debt portion of the deal.

The Amazon seller aggregation market is booming. Thrasio, the undisputed market leader which is just three years old, is rumored to go public at a valuation of $10 billion

Accel Club currently sells 1,100 items across seven marketplaces and have been focusing on the US market. The proceeds of the raise will be used to finance expansion in Europe and China.

As part of deals, sellers stay on as advisors or consultants and receive two earn-out payments over two years, which is tied to the brand's success.
